下沟矿通风系统阻力测定及仿真模拟研究

Research On Xia Gou Coal Mine ventilation System Resistance Measurement And Analogue Simulation

摘要: 针对下沟矿通风系统现状,提出在通风系统阻力测定基础上进行仿真模拟,通过现场布点实测,对下沟矿401采区和404采区通风阻力分布进行计算,并使用MATLAB软件,结合图论与流体力学理论,进行了下沟矿通风系统数值仿真模拟。计算结果表明,401采区测试总阻力1265.88Pa,相对误差4.8%,404采区测试总阻力2537.38Pa,相对误差3.2%,测定结果准确,通过模拟与实测数据对比,验证了数值模拟结果正确,可为矿井下一步的通风系统优化提供理论指导。

Abstract: Through coal mine measurement, the distribution of 401 mining area and 404 mining area ventilation resistance is calculated, and use the MATLAB software, combining theory of graph theory and fluid mechanics theory, the numerical simulation of ventilation system in the Xia Gou Coal Mine ventilation system is carried out. The calculation results show that 401 mining area total resistance is 1265.88 Pa, relative error is 4.8%, 404 mine area total resistance is 2537.38 Pa, relative error is 3.2%, the measurement result is correct, by comparing the simulation with the measured data, verified the numerical simulation results are correct, which can provide theoretical guidance for the Xia Gou Coal Mine safe production of the next ditch.
